Mudd was first established by David Hammond in 2007. Having recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University; with a Degree in Landscape Design, David is passionate about bringing greenery back into urban areas and promoting the beneficial effects plants and interiors landscapes can have.
Mudd provides a complete interior design, supply and maintenance service. We tailor our service to suit each client and are able to design and supply a mixture of projects; whether it be your homes, a fitness centre, a bar or the place where many of us spend most of our time…at work. We provide a creative and professional one to one service and create an original and innovation design concept that will give you a bright lush interior landscape. All our plants and materials are of high quality and come from reputable suppliers.
Alongside interior landscape projects, we also work with domestic clients to develop their outdoor spaces specializing in town gardens, roof gardens and green roofs. We offer an inclusive design and build service and we oversee all of the project management aspects. We are able to translate each clients wish into a workable design and create beautiful yet highly workable spaces. We are also work alongside architects and interior designers.

Mudd hopes to reverse this process and inject plants and greenery back into people’s environment. Our concepts are fresh and modern with progressive edge and we offer clients creative and imaginative designs.
We feel strongly that creating an interior landscape is more than just an office plant and some foliage randomly placed. We create entire environments that stimulate all of your senses and create an invigorating and exciting yet relaxed ambiance. We give a new lease of life to dark corners, bring colour to empty walls and provide fresh sights, sounds and smells for your environment.
Our designs range from filled planters, to lush planting displays or even to creating vertical gardens. Our vertical garden designs are modern and contemporary and give a dramatic effect. The concept is a new, innovative but growing quickly in its demand and popularity. The idea is to cover and envelop a wall full of plants giving an impression of an erect garden.

We give you a free survey for any size and illustrate how we can capitalize on the impact and transformation that plants can bring to environment. Once we have completed the survey and discussed which plants may suit your brief best. we will create and produce a design plan that will transform and suit your environment.
Our plant displays are exclusive, eye catching and unusual, using plants and planters available in a variety of materials, finishes and colors.
Mudd sources its plants and planters from across Europe this gives you a diverse choice and the best prices we can without compromising on quality.
Installation
We guarantee that all displays will be delivered without causing any leaf bruising or wind damage so when they arrive at your location they are in great quality. We work within and out of office hours for the convenience of our clients.
Mudd will then install the displays in their pre selected locations and ensure you are happy and make any necessary fine tuning.
Maintenance
After we have installed your planters we offer a maintenance service which allows you to have constantly well kept and healthy looking displays. As part of our service a technician will visit your premises every fortnight to water, dust and check the nitrate and potassium levels of you plants to ensure they remain keeping your plants fresh and in good condition. One the benefits of our maintenance service is that not only do we ensure you’re displays remain in the best possible condition but if plants do start to droop or look un well we will replace them at no additional cost.
